I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who has completed her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. My naturally empathetic and understanding nature is what fuels my passion and devotion to understand a client's perspectives, needs, and experiences. My goal is to help you find acceptance in your thoughts and feelings without being overwhelmed by them, and to bring a sense of connection to your world bringing forth an optimistic, confident, and courageous way to live life the way you want to.
In my open and judgment-free approach I provide my clients the space to freely share, explore, and be curious. Throughout our journey together I will provide options to help you determine your own path and establish the right balance for you moving forward. I truly believe in each individual being the expert of their own life.
I want all clients I work with to feel welcomed, safe, and supported - while also being inspired to grow and challenge oneself. I encourage individuals to lean into the uncomfortable feelings and conversations in order to deeper level of reflection.
