I am passionate about helping both adult and teen clients overcome struggles related to ADHD, OCD, panic disorder, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and school-related issues including school avoidance and learning disabilities. I offer an empathetic, compassionate approach for youth aged 15+ and adults looking to improve their overall quality of life.
As a former volunteer and mentor with Ottawa Distress Centre and a high school teacher with over twenty years of experience teaching youth in regular classrooms and those admitted to inpatient psychiatric units, I offer person-centred, CBT and ACT based approaches using art when appropriate.
I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space empowering teens and adults to develop skills that align with their therapeutic goals. I am a practitioner under supervision at CMAP Health.
