I have 15 years of experience in mental health and have worked with a variety of clients from all walks of life. I am a trauma-informed therapist and have worked with clients struggling with intergenerational trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, dysfunctional family systems, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, workplace stress, and more.
