Our clinicians have significant experience working with children (8+), youth and adults facing mental health challenges, family and social challenges, specializing in those related to neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, navigating relationships and life transitions. We understand the importance of a flexible, person-centered and gender-affirming approach.
We use modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills (DBT Skills) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT).
