I will help you learn new tools to build your resilience, address the difficult things, and support you as you grow. In my private practice I aim to empower clients to confront persistent problems in their lives and encourage lasting change. My approach is grounded in self-compassion and empathetic listening. I am inspired by my clients' resilience and I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.
