Hi, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree and over 10 years clinical experience. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings; as a psychometrist (completing psycho-educational assessments), as a Youth Counsellor, and as a Community Adult Mental Health and Addictions Counsellor. My passion is Neurofeedback (NFB), a form of biofeedback which allows you to target and strengthen key brain circuits with real-time feedback. NFB doesn’t treat any specific condition or disorder, but it helps increase efficiency and reorganizes function of the brain and is commonly used to help ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, trauma, substance use, chronic pain, and migraines.
