I am a Master’s level Counselling Psychology graduate with over 15 years of experience supporting children 0-12 and their families within the early years sector. As a professor of Early Childhood Education and a former college Learning Facilitator for adults with disabilities, I have been privileged to support individuals of diverse backgrounds with varying abilities. These experiences have taught me about the incredible power of resilience, curiosity, and human connection.
My expertise lies in understanding the complexities of human behaviour and relationships. With specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy for perinatal populations, I provide a therapeutic approach that is flexible and integrative of various evidence-based practices.
