I also have clients who would simply like to investigate their inner world and identify their strengths or areas for change. My philosophy is that although sometimes an impetus for change may come externally, it is always in an individual's control on how they may want to negotiate changing circumstances.
With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, my specialty lies in treatment of persistent clinical disorders. I believe in collaborative practice and with your consent, am happy to coordinate your care with other professionals.
I provide psychological assessments as well as counselling services for adults. I also provide psychoeducational assessments for children including those for Westmount Charter, Webber Academy, and the GATE program. Psychological assessments and counselling serve differing needs.
