My goal as a therapist is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively to achieve your goals. I use an integrative approach and we will work together to discover which treatment intervention is best for you.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I have a desire to work with others in a helping capacity. I work with children (8+), youth, and adults to help improve their overall well-being and mental health. I have experience working at a treatment centre for children on the autism spectrum and over four years of experience working in childcare.
