For almost 20 years, I have been working with individuals and families, walking beside them through challenging times and helping them to make positive changes in their lives. I enjoy helping people who have experienced all sorts of life challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, separation/divorce, parenting, grief, and intimate partner violence. My work experience has provided me with a strong foundation for working with both children and adults. I help to empower my clients, building upon their already-existing strengths and helping them to heal their wounds.
Coming to therapy can be difficult for many people, but you are not alone! I will walk alongside you throughout our sessions together, with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach. The relationship between client and therapist is one that I place high value on, and you can expect that you will be treated respectfully and as an equal during our sessions.
I focus on building a foundation of trust, and will work with you at your pace to help you move forward in managing life's hardships. I tailor my services to each client’s specific needs, using evidence-based interventions. If you are interested in learning more, please check out my website or reach out to me!
