Hi! I am a counselling therapist located in Moncton, New Brunswick, offering bilingual in-person and online services for a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and relationship issues. I use a very collaborative approach when working with clients. I take great joy in seeing people I work with move towards a richer and fuller life. My approach is integrative, meaning that I use interventions based on each client's unique needs. I mainly work through a relational lens, incorporating mindfulness and behavioral skills as needed.
