I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who have experienced Trauma, PTSD, and acquired brain injury. These experiences often manifest in challenges related to self-esteem, identity, feelings of isolation, and loss of hope. I am dedicated to helping individuals focus on emotional regulation, brain health, and overall well being. I aim to guide my clients towards a path of empowerment, and emotional regulation and resilience. By integrating neuroplasticity concepts with art therapy techniques, I help individuals explore their inner landscapes, gain insight, and transform their challenges into opportunities for growth.
The somatic experience of the creative process is impactful in interrupting stress patterns and fostering healing. By engaging in art making paired with psychotherapy, my clients embark on a journey of self-exploration and self-expression that leads to a deeper mind-body connection, enhanced self-awareness, and renewed sense of agency in their daily lives.
I prioritize meeting my clients where they’re at and embracing the fluidity of their needs.
