I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, from teenagers struggling with ADHD to older populations interested in processing childhood trauma. I have experience working with perfectionism, burnout, ADHD, OCD, anger, toxic relationships, and narcissistic abuse recovery. I am a former Special Constable with policing experience. Many of my clients are First Responders seeking support for issues related to PTSD, stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems. They appreciate my ability to meet them where they are due to my understanding of their complex work environment and the pressures of maintaining a work-life balance.
I offer a down-to-earth approach, my main goal is to make you feel comfortable, safe, and supported. Therapy is a collaborative process, I encourage my clients to participate in goal setting, and I always appreciate their opinions and input.
I am Neurodivergent, my "disability" makes me incredibly empathetic and understanding of others. I'm also someone who has experienced a volatile divorce and a difficult co-parenting relationship. My difficult journey led me to discover the power of therapy. I became a therapist to help others, to be the therapist I needed when I was struggling.
