Hi, I’m Maddy! Thank you for visiting my profile! I have the privilege to work with children, youth, and young adults. I support individuals and families to better understand themselves and their experiences to help them gain a sense of control and balance. Those I work with often struggle with overwhelming or intrusive thoughts, anxiety, large emotional reactions, and a lack of motivation to do the things they once enjoyed. When working together I will prioritize and centre our work together based on your values and goals, and for those who seek it, I also offer Christian Informed Therapy!
In therapy, my priority is creating a safe, non judgemental, and comfortable space where we can better understand you and what’s been going on. When supporting individuals I utilize an eclectic approach to ensure I can tailor our sessions to best suit your unique needs. Part of my approach includes trauma-informed care, and CBT.
