Over the years, I have worked with parents, children and individuals, and am well-equipped to guide you through various forms of emotional distress including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and relationship difficulties. In sessions with me, I will help you delve into the root cause(s) of what has been holding you back – unhelpful thinking patterns, negative perceptions, emotional wounds, and past hurts.

I use a person-centred style that acknowledges where you are emotionally, and we would work collaboratively to find a direction that fits your needs. My approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused and incorporates behaviour modification, mindfulness meditation practice, and other techniques.
