I have 15 years of experience working in children, teen, and family mental health. I support children 0-17, individuals 18+, parents, and couples. I have experience and training in CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, IFS, Gottman’s Couples Therapy, DBT, BSFT, ACT, and Narrative. Specialty services include: Family Therapy, Sport Anxiety/Performance, 0-6yr parenting.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where my clients can build the skills and strategies to feel confident and self-aware in their decisions and relationships.
