Supporting clients in reaching goals that are identified and monitored by them is also an important part of my practice. I look forward to understanding client's stories and hearing the areas in their life they are more looking forward to changing.

By creating an open, non-judgemental and comfortable environment, I can support clients by encouraging conversations about things that get in the way of their goals, or have been creating issues and problems in their life. Processing difficult events, or creating healthy strategies for managing difficult emotions is a large part of my practice with clients.

Connection is key, and building a positive therapeutic alliance is an important goal in my practice. Client's are encouraged to connect for a consultation to learn more about supports that are offered and what therapy may be able to provide for you
