Arriving at counselling may feel vulnerable and uncertain, my approach to working together is to offer a safe space where we can explore the areas that you identify as needing attention. My goal is to create a space which allows you to discuss the challenges you are facing and to offer support and skills to explore these together. I will do this with curiosity, empathy, compassion, and respect for your process. It is important to me that you feel like our collaborative counselling relationship is the right fit for you.
I have skills & experience providing support to clients with concerns about anxiety, low mood, life transitions, parenting, emotional regulation & feelings of stress and overwhelm. My way of being is strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed. My practice is informed by evidence-based therapeutic modalities and can be adapted to meet your needs.
I am available to provide in person sessions and on-line with adults and youth (aged 12 and up). I am a member in good standing with the B. C. Association of Clinical Counsellors and my RCC number is 20084. I look forward to walking with you as you take this next step.
