You may have built up internal defences to block you from feeling your emotional experience from a young age out of a need to survive and fit in, all the while boosting your performance-based esteem. We work on your relationship with yourself first and then to those around you in your life to start the reconnection process.

At the basis of my practice is creating a genuine connection as a place to work from. I work from an integrated approach that understands the complexity of who you are as a human being and not one single approach will work. I bring a direct & compassionate approach to the counselling space to help support you in your journey towards healing and growth.
