Need a child and youth counsellor? Need parenting help? That's all I do and my goal is to help both children and youth based on their specific needs. I use fun activities and in the moment opportunities to teach new strategies to help navigate through tough times.I am a Child and Youth Worker that approaches situations through a youth-centered lens using CBT, DBT therapy models and mindfulness.

My space is a non-judgmental and safe. I focus my work in the areas of trauma, abuse and violence as well as navigating emotions, goal setting and self-esteem. I also work with parents to help their relationship with their child/youth.

I have 8 years of experience working with children, youth and parents in school based and community settings. I work individually with clients with activity based learning to engage and create a safe space. I offer a non-judgmental and neutral approach to my work.
