I am now accepting new clients. I can provide behavioural, relational and strength-based counselling for children and youth. My activity-based learning introduces and reinforces the concepts in a non-threatening, fun and engaging manner. I utilize books, games and videos to teach the strategies and skills that make learning these new tools fun.

I provide individual counselling sessions for the young person. I can assist with such issues as anxiety, anger management, emotional regulation, problem-solving, friendship skills, bullying, self-esteem building, ADHD, conversation skills, grief and bereavement, separation and divorce support.

I welcome children and youth with anxiety and help them understand the distorted thought patterns and replace them with more functional thoughts. I offer either in-person or virtual appointments.
