I have experience supporting teens, young adults, adults & couples addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, parenting, attachment, domestic violence, fostering healthy relationships, marriage prep, loss/grief, & anger. I also have specialization and 17yrs as a Marriage & Family Therapist.
I take a systems approach meaning I understand change occurs as a ripple effect - that relationships are not linear nor bi-directional; they’re complex, multi-informing systems.
