I can provide you with a safe place to talk about how to overcome adversity and create wellness. I have training in trauma therapy and I have experience working with adults, seniors, youth, children, and families. You are welcome to schedule an in-person session with me in my office in Lacombe or access my services on-line anywhere in Alberta. A free phone consult is also available.
I am trained and certified in EMDR which is a highly researched and effective therapy for those who suffer from childhood or adult trauma. My other areas of expertise include supporting those who are in recovery from abusive relationships as well as those clients who present with ADHD.
