I recognize taking those initial first steps in seeking support can feel intimidating so congratulations on making it here and beginning your healing journey now! I provide treatment to clients of all ages; however, my primary focus is with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with low self-esteem, relationship challenges, school difficulties, ADHD, and depression/anxiety. Further, I have a passion working with individuals requiring support navigating life transitions, sexual identity exploration, stress, emotion dysregulation, perfectionism, and other mental health concerns related to this young population.
My approach to therapy is integrative, using evidence-based therapies like DBT, mindfulness, ACT, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, all within a person-centered lens where you, the client, are viewed as the expert in your life’s experiences. My goal is to focus on symptom reduction, identify your strengths, and help you achieve greater life satisfaction.
I believe therapy is most impactful when it is collaborative, tailored to meet individual needs, and offered in a safe space which encourages emotional exploration and self-reflection. Please reach out if you'd like to book a free 15-minute consultation to learn more about me, ask questions, and see if we are the right fit for one another.
