Welcome! I am Lenka: a good listener, a hiker, and a psychotherapist. I have worked with many people over the years, and would love to chat to see if I fit what you're looking for. Your journey has brought you here, and I would love to be part of it. I offer individual and couple's therapy.
I use different approaches and styles in my therapy. I am trained in different types of therapy (see below if interested), but I use my best judgment based on what I learn from you and how our sessions are going. Sessions are online, and I will be offering in-person sessions starting Fall 2024.
