Sometimes life’s challenges may leave us feeling stuck and we can use a bit of support to help navigate through them. I see my work to be like a lamp post on a dark street, I help to shine some light so you can figure out where you want to go. You might be looking for help in living a more enriching emotional life, improve your relationships with self and others, and have more tools to deal with life’s difficulties and more fully enjoy each moment. My job is to provide you with a safe, compassionate space to explore and enhance your wellness. I know what it's like to sit in the client's chair, I've been there!

I change my approach to fit the needs of the person I am working with. Some of the themes I’ve worked with clients on are: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress management, emotion regulation, identity issues, etc. Wellness to me means more than a healthy mind. It means feeling good in all aspects of your being and so I value a holistic approach.
