I work with clients to explore, understand, and redefine early childhood experiences that continue to influence their behavior in the present. We identify and dismantle false beliefs that protect from connection and growth, then embody new truths that foster a compassionate and loving relationship with themselves and others. We expand capacity for emotional attunement and the complexities of being human. Common concerns include navigating life changes, cultural identity, grief, trauma, and existential questions. To support this process, I integrate various modalities, including mindfulness-based, somatic, narrative therapy, and IFS.

My therapeutic style focuses on equipping you with the skills to feel anchored in your own capability to self-lead so you can increase your capacity to attend to the different parts of you. I aim to help you develop the relational skills in making choices that foster connected and meaningful relationships.

Too often, we find ourselves swept into storylines that aren't truly ours—society's expectations, norms, and rules which overshadow our authenticity and inner fulfillment.
