Many of my clients describe me as ‘warm and fuzzy,’ and I strive to bring that sense of comfort into each of our sessions. Whether you're dealing with the pressures of daily life, coping with past traumas, or simply looking for someone to talk to, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from many different approaches to tailor our sessions to you. Some techniques I use include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and CBT to name a few. But don't let the alphabet soup worry you—my focus is always on your needs first, rather than any particular theory.
