I have a passion for helping with grief, trauma, life changes, anxiety, identity, boundaries, perfectionism, self-esteem, psychedelic integration, high sensitivity, and working with kids. Whether you're dealing with loss, transitioning through life stages, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my priority is building a genuine connection that creates a safe place for transformative change to grow.
I use a blend of approaches that are relational, experiential, embodied, and rooted in holistic, transformative change that are tailored to your needs and supported by clinical research. This includes techniques from my training in somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, AEDP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as play therapy for children.
