It can be frustrating and confusing when life looks good on the outside but doesn’t feel good on the inside; feeling tired, overwhelmed and disconnected from the things you worked so hard to have. Therapy may seem like one more thing to do in an already busy life, but there is part of you that is curious about whether it could make a difference. As a Ph.D. level Clinical Psychologist, I have spent the past 10 years successfully treating adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, insomnia, perfectionism, life stress, and relationship difficulties.

My approach involves understanding your unique circumstances, building a strong and trusting relationship, applying proven interventions and practical solutions to the problems, and using direct feedback to increase awareness of blind spots. I work with clients to address immediate challenges and to identify and treat the root causes for lasting change.
