I have experience with a variety of client challenges including anxiety, addiction, complex trauma, OCD, ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, complex family dynamics and relationship challenges. I have a strong interest in Interpersonal Neurobiology (the brain’s ability to rewire itself when offered corrective emotional experiences) and Sensorimotor Therapy, which rests under the assumption that trauma or attachment disruption is stored in the body. In addition, I have a special interest in assisting families navigating divorce and separation both in and out of the Court system
I draw on several therapeutic frameworks including: Interpersonal Neurobiology, CBT, IFS, Narrative and Family Systems. I have extensive experience working with children and families. I am trained in EMDR and have over 6 years of experience and training in the psycho-legal arena as it pertains to divorce and separation.
