My background includes 15+ years working in the social service sector. I practice from a humanistic, person-centered, and holistic lens drawing from a variety of modalities including Existential, Narrative, CBT, and ACT therapies along with Mindfulness, and Somatic-based treatments. I am also trained in and utilize EMDR and clinical hypnosis in my practice.
