We can create change together. Each individual is different, however, we all experience distress and suffering throughout life. I believe that change is possible and we can be taught to create it for ourselves in a helpful way. Stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, sexuality, relationships, and so many other factors, affect the way we function and how we feel day in and out. It can be overwhelming to manage at times, and seeking support makes a difference. Past pain can get in the way of changing today. I work with individuals on reprocessing the past and finding the strengths they have to build healthier and happier lives.
I offer a combination of different therapies including CBT, mindfulness, IFS and DBR all through a strengths-based perspective. Through present moment awareness, thought restructuring, evidence testing and behavioural interventions, you can be an active participant in fostering positive growth. We can process past trauma together so it doesn't affect today.
