There is hope. I work with couples and individuals in order to help people along their path to healthier, happier lives. I utilize cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness in a colloborative manner. I believe that people are there own experts and the therapist is a guide. I offer in person, web cam, phone and email counseling.
As an anger researcher I am able to help enhance couples communication. Couples are then able to get back to enjoying the reasons they got together in the first place. People with anger difficulties are often fun passionate people. When anger turns to assertive communication people are able to feel free to have fun again.
I believe in growth and change and I am continually inspired by the people I work with and and the changes they make. Currently, I have expanded my knowledge in both sex therapy and trauma.
