Welcome to STABLE GROUNDING PSYCHOLOGY. I am a Registered Psychologist with considerable experience providing mental health services. My approach is relationship focused to offer you safe and supported treatment involving genuineness, empathy, humor, and acceptance. Perhaps you feel stuck in patterns of behavior? I have a passion for working with adults to address: trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotion regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief/loss. I have specialized training targeted to help support including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Equine Facilitated Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I see my role as therapist is to walk beside you, helping to clear a path to discover your needs and goals. We will work together to nurture your inner wisdom, while also building new ways to cope.
