Hello and Welcome! I am a Masters-Level social worker providing counselling services in Manitoba, with 15+ years providing front-line and clinical support to individuals and families. I am currently seeing clients ages 18+ for individual therapy. I love working with young adults, those who work in the helping professions, individuals who have experienced trauma, and anyone people who are looking to explore their relationships with themselves and others.

I focus on anxiety, trauma (including secondary trauma), burnout, compassion fatigue, low mood, stress and grief and loss. I use an integrated therapeutic approach, and incorporate my trainings in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based modalities in my work.
