I work with children, youth, and adults using a relational and client centred approach. I believe that everyone has their own story and experiences, it is my job to collaboratively work along side you to help create the most beneficial and tailored approach for your individual needs. You are the expert in your own life. I utilize multiple modalities depending on the needs, age and wishes of the client.

I aim to help clients to develop an internal a sense of security, regulation , and resilience in order to feel safe to explore and unpack complex issues and gain helpful coping strategies. I have worked with children, youth and adults in a variety of settings. I specialize in trauma, attachment, anxiety, autism and ADHD.

Therapy can be a vulnerable experience. My goal is to help build a space where one can feel safe and comfortable to explore challenging experiences that may be difficult otherwise. I believe in creating a collaborative and individualized plan as you know yourself best and my job is to provide you with a safe non judgmental space to navigate this journey.
