I can help you figure out why it’s so hard to do the things you know you should and build a personalized plan to help you take back control over your life. I also work with substance misuse and relationship issues, which can often be associated with ADHD. My services are covered by many insurance plans, I offer direct billing where possible, and day, evening, and weekend appointments. I look forward to working with you!
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to you. I am Internal Family Systems informed, trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and am currently completing ADHD Clinical Specialist certification. I work with older youth (16+) individual adults, and couples. I also provide support to families with a school-aged child with ADHD.
