My goal is to support you in accessing some of those hard to reach places so that you can learn about yourself and figure out what gives you a sense of freedom, vibrancy, and meaning in your life. Through art therapy, talk therapy or both, I focus on supporting children, teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, adhd, stress or self esteem!
