My style of counselling is rooted in a blend of research based therapeutic techniques centered around Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). We will work together as a team to explore your thoughts, emotions, and feelings so that we can set achievable objectives to foster positive, long-lasting change.
