Within my practice, I have a strong connection and skillset for supporting parents, children and teens, as well as women’s mental health. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
