My passion is helping youth, couples, and first responders, but I work with clients from all walks of life. I believe the therapeutic relationship is instrumental in reaching your therapy goals. As a trauma therapist utilizing EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, DBT, and CBT, your personal growth and healing happen both on a physical and emotional level. Frankie is a miniature Australian Shepherd therapy dogs who provides emotional support through her calm demeanour and love for children. She provides comfort, affection, and attention to clients who are experiencing mental health issues or personal life struggles. Frankie can be beneficial in reducing stress, promote well-being, and increase self-esteem.
