I offer IN-PERSON and ONLINE/PHONE appointments. My main areas of practice are: trauma, anxiety, and women’s reproductive health. This includes fertility, prenatal, postpartum, and parenthood. I am trained in Perinatal Mental Health, and Certified Birth and Reproductive Trauma therapist. I offer compassion and understanding to create a safe environment to explore difficult issues and intense emotions. By working together we can move towards healing. Therapy can kick start our journey of parenthood, healing, autonomy, purpose in life, positive relations, change and happiness.

My passion is to work with you to explore your strengths, resources, and achieve growth; while creating a supportive, confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space for your healing. I will actively listen to your concerns with empathy, compassion, trust, and care; working in collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Our approach to therapy will be person-centered. I use various modalities to individualize therapy- according to your needs! I am flexible and encourage collaboration in therapy.
