I am the owner of Living Well Counselling Services and have over 15 years experience helping people to transform their lives. I offer a free 20 minute consultation and enjoy working with clients that need help with anxiety, mild to moderate depression, emotional abuse, burnout, time management, perfectionism, over-responsibility, sensitivity and relationship concerns. Additionally I specialize in helping adult children deal with unhealthy families and make positive changes. Too often people cycle back into problems, fearing therapy didn't really help. I work to assist you in healing problems at the root.

In addition to a skilled therapist, research has shown that 30% of why people get better is the fit / relationship you have with your therapist. Because of this I offer all clients a free 20 minute consult by phone or in office.
