I am a professional therapist with over 20 years experience counselling couples, individuals, and families with relationship and personal issues, as well as supervising therapists and facilitating retreats. I truly enjoy helping couples reconnect and bring back the passion in their marriage. I also love helping clients meet their own individual goals such as increased self esteem, stress management and overcoming depression, along with many others. I seek to offer a compassionate approach and sensitivity to your issues, so that you can feel understood without judgement, and also use the latest training to help therapy be as effective as possible.
I specialize in all forms of couples work including pre-marital counselling, couples counselling, affair recovery and divorce counselling. I also enjoy working with individuals on areas such as self esteem/confidence, work issues, family of origin concerns, loneliness, people pleasing, emotional abuse and depression (mild, moderate and severe).
