I work with my clients to get clear with their goals, needs and wants. We work to develop action plans to achieve the goals and progress in the direction they choose. Along the way we discuss and navigate blocks, past pain & trauma and adjust plans as needed to make the changes sustainable and meaningful.
Modern men & women struggle to connect in depth. This lack of connection dims the human experience. Together, I help my clients improve their communication and self care to create space and understanding to allow for more connection. Together we explore limiting beliefs, outdated narratives and holistic health & wellbeing practices.
