My belief is that you have the tools and wisdom you need to heal, already within you; my role as a therapist is to help you access it.
My approach centres around helping you return to a place of self-compassion and self-validation to decrease insecurities and feel more deeply connected to the important people in your circle.
Making changes or getting through transitions can often be tough; with an open mind, I can meet you in this place. I provide therapy in an empathetic, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental atmosphere to support you through trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self-esteem concerns and perfectionism.
