Since 2004 I've been committed to supporting adults, adolescents, families, and couples engage their growth and realize new possibilities for themselves. I offer an honest and compassionate approach. My aim is to help you identify what is actually going on beneath the surface so you can reclaim your power and capacity for choice. Our work together is about clearing burdens of the past and articulating visions of what is possible.
It happens in life that our problems become too familiar for us see them clearly. Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to get grounded in who you are, what you want, and how to move forward. An attentive and experienced guide can help you find your way.
I have extensive training and experience helping clients free themselves of painful issues and stuck dynamics in their lives. I've developed a range of effective psychological tools to facilitate empowering change. Please visit my website for a fuller introduction of my experience and specific offerings. Help is available.

Coming Home: A Therapeutic Men's Circle
Being male is something you're born as; however becoming a strong, emotionally intelligent and open man is not a given. Being this type of man takes practice. This facilitated group provides opportunities to engage in authentic self expression. Relationships with other men carry a unique potential. For growth. For trust. For living with a strong, open heart. Feeling truly connected to oneself and others is the task. Men's group offers opportunities to practice this in a safe, focused, and dynamic setting. I've been professionally facilitating therapeutic men's groups since 2004. See my website for more information.
