I have experience with the first responder community, individuals who have experienced trauma, interpersonal violence, religious trauma, and health difficulties. I am an approved provider for Veterans Affairs. I am EMDR trained and use other modalities such as DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, CBT, and attachment theory.
