Hi/Bonjour! I'm Halle, a Registered Social Worker & bilingual therapist. Sessions provided in French or English. To my practice with adults, I bring my background within the public mental health sector of supporting folks to navigate areas such as mental health, trauma, grief/loss, relationships, LBGTQ+ identity, cultural identity, eating, and body image.
